Wonderful summer party for Willie's birthday!
Thank you to all who came to celebrate Willie's birthday in the new community orchard.
Brilliant tool sharpening event!
The tool sharpening event in the summer was a big success and over 70 tools were sharpened, inlcuding shears, secateurs, hoes, loppers, forks etc.

Thank you to all who enjoyed and baked some homemade cakes and brought lots of plants to share with fellow allotment holders!
840kg Plastic removed
During the weekend of 18 and 19 April all plot holders were encouraged to remove as much unused/waste plastic from their plots. This was a huge success as 840kg of plastics was removed from the site that will now be recylded. This equates to 42,000 plastic bottles or 168,000 plastic bags!
A huge thanks especially to all volunteers who made this possible.
